The Whole Health Kickstart combines coaching with a focus on your nutrition, diet and lifestyle. We provide recommendations to improve your health, your diet and the support to put them into effect.
During the first two sessions our health coach and nutritionist partner with you to start the coaching process, conduct a detailed assessment of your diet & health and to provide actionable recommendations.
The third and final session is dedicated to health coaching, to help you to make changes to improve your health.
Note: The lifestyle and nutrition assessment can be integrated into our other health coaching programmes where appropriate.
In-depth, one-on-one sessions are the most powerful tool in the health coaching arsenal. We guide you through a proven process to maximise the possibility of your success.
We spend time exploring what is most important to you and allow you to choose your course of action. · Work in partnership to identify obstacles to change and create strategies for moving forward toward your goals. · Support you in tracking progress and hold you accountable to commitments. · Provide additional resources to make healthy behaviour changes.
The programme comprises 8 sessions over 3 months. Each session typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour.
Note: After programme completion clients may continue with ad hoc sessions at their discretion.
Group health coaching programmes offer an economical coaching solution. Programmes are theme-oriented, tailored to the group and suitable for: friends, colleagues, team mates and those united by common health interests or goals.
Common themes include but are not limited to: weight management, stress and work-life balance. We will start in one area of focus and progress through other related areas. Using a mix of coaching and education we identify and define goals and create plans to succeed.
This programme comprises 6 sessions over 6 to 8 weeks. This includes 2 one-on-one sessions and 4 group sessions. The one-on-one sessions provide a confidential setting to partner with the health coach while the group sessions provide the benefit of mutual learning, support and accountability.
Group size is limited to 3 or 4 members.
