Just announced, an upcoming event with a key leader in lifestyle medicine. What is lifestyle medicine? A growing discipline that focuses on preventing, treating and reversing chronic diseases by addressing their root causes, primarily through lifestyle change.


Key components of lifestyle medicine include improving diet, increasing physical activity, managing stress, fostering healthy relationships, improving sleep and reducing harmful behaviours like smoking or excessive alcohol use. These are collectively known as the Pillars of Health. Or, if you follow or have recently caught Bryan Johnson in Singapore, his Power Laws.


Often in conjunction with health coaching, lifestyle medicine emphasises empowering patients to take control of their health through sustainable habits, aiming to reduce reliance on medications and improve long-term well-being.
