Simon Hill, physiotherapist and nutrition scientist, simplifies health and nutrition information. He has recently transitioned his focus from optimal athletic performance to disease prevention and health optimisation.
He holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Deakin University and hosts "The Proof" advocating for plant-based diets based on current research. Through his podcast and immersive longevity experiences, Simon aims to empower individuals to improve their well-being for longevity.
